JAMMU: Congress deceived SC community, used it as vote bank only, said Lal Singh Arya, National President of BJP SC Morcha, while accusing Congress of disrespecting Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar.
It is only the Modi government which gave due respect to Baba Saheb and ensured measures to strengthen SC community, he said.
Lal Singh Arya accompanied by J&K BJP Seh-Prabhari Ashish Sood, MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, J&K BJP General Secretary & former MLC Adv. Vibodh Gupta, J&K BJP General Secretary & former Minister Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, J&K BJP All Morcha Prabhari Munish Sharma was addressing Executive Body meeting of BJP Anusuchit Jaati (SC) Morcha which was held under the leadership of its Morcha President Bharat Bhushan at BJP headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here.
Lal Singh Arya, while addressing the Morcha leaders, vehemently appreciated the efforts of SC Morcha activists during recently concluded elections. He said that every single activist has worked tirelessly to contribute to the party’s accomplishment.
He said that the Morcha has achieved success in mobilizing people but added that their job is not over yet.
He prompted Morcha activists to take the example of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his unremitting selfless efforts for the development of Nation.
He prompted Morcha leaders to share their experiences of the organizational working, especially while they were allotted field jobs by the party and asked them to keep working continuously for the growth of the organizational base within the society.
A number of Morcha State Office Bearers shared their experiences and also discussed various organizational issues with the top party leadership.
Jugal Kishore appreciated the efforts of SC Morcha during the Covid-19 lockdown period. He also appreciated their efforts of the SC Morcha in gaining 19 seats out of 23 seats allocated to the SC Morcha.
BJP is ever-ready to uplift the living standards of the community members to whom earlier Congress led governments did not provide any relief.
Another resolution was presented by Dr. Krishan Lal and was seconded by former MLA Neelam Langeh.
