Car carrying bovines seized, smugglers flee

NAGROTA: Police on Thursday seized a car for being used in transporting bovines, however smugglers managed to escape from spot.
As per details, Nagrota Police during Naka at TCP signaled a car (JK02U-8692), which was on its way to Srinagar, to stop but the driver accelerated it and abandoned it at few distance. During checking of car, police found two bovines laden in it which were rescued. The car was seized and a case under relevant under section of law was registered against accused, who fled from the spot.
