JAMMU: Be innovative and doer in providing services to public, Ashok Kaul, J&K BJP General Secretary (Org.) told Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) Councillors in a meeting conducted by Bharatiya Janata Party, Jammu & Kashmir at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here on Friday.Ashok Kaul accompanied by Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta, Dy. Mayor Purnima Sharma and JMC Councillor & party’s Chief Whip in JMC Pramod Kapahi was addressing the meeting, which was attended by almost all the BJP’s JMC Councillors.Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, asked the JMC Councillors to act as dependable public representatives while also working with dedication to strengthen the party.He asked them to work on ground in accordance to the wishes of general masses.He, while stressing on maintaining of discipline, said party discipline is foundation stone of BJP and key to success. He said that the present popularity of party is due to efforts that have been put by generations of dedicated workers.Discussing issues put forth by the Councillors in the meeting, Kaul guided the Councillors on the issues and asked them to work out for the amicable solutions of every issue in the greater welfare of the masses. He stressed on the fact that they are presently the face of the party in public and hence they have to work accordingly with the temperament of innovator and doer while providing their services to the common public.Chander Mohan Gupta, in his address, spoke on all the issues being faced by the Councillors at depth. He also prompted all Councillors to share their individual, development and organization issues with the senior party leadership. He also assured the party leadership that they together are sincerely working for the development of the region.
