SRINAGAR: Justice Rajnesh Oswal granted interim anticipatory bail until March 18 to a Gujarat resident, accused of attacking religion and sending obscene messages to Shehla Rashid via social media.Justice Rajnesh Oswal, after hearing Adv Siddhant Gupta for the petitioner, ordered that petitioner is granted interim bail in anticipation of arrest till March 18, 2021, subject to furnishing of bail bond to the tune of Rs One lakh with local surety or in cash and petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 9th , 10th and 11th March, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The petitioner shall make no effort to contact complainant either physically or through any other mode, he added.
