JAMMU: Sub Judge Renu Dogra, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class after hearing the counsel from both the sides, has today rejected the bail application of Sandeep Singh son of Parkash Singh resident of Manwal, Jammu. Advocate Raghubir Singh from the applicant said that his client is not ijnvolved in the commission of any offence whatsoever and the non-applicant has registered a false and frivolous case. He said that the investigation in this case has been completed and he can be granted bail. APP for the prosecution pleaded that the accused has committed the offence of cheating and forgery where accused cannot deserve bail. He also said that investigation has not yet been completed because fake passes recovered are yet to be sent to FSL for expert opinion whereafter the investigation will go ahead. He further urged that there is every apprehension that the accused will jump over the bail bond and will hamper the investigation and temper with the prosecution evidence. Since the allegations of cheating and forgery with complainant and others are very serious and offence is of course very heinous in nature, there is no ground for granting him bail. In the wake of above discussion, the bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by the Sub Judge Renu Dogra.
