RAJOURI: 72 Bn CRPF organised a free medical camp under Civic Action Programme in Village Kalideh, Sunderbani in a remote area of Distt. Rajouri. Medicines were distributed free of cost to the patients to treat the diseases prevalent in the area by Dr. Vivekanand SMO and staff of the unit hospital 72 Bn CRPF. Screening for diseases like Htn, diabetes were also done. Rajendra Prasad, DIGP CRPF, Jammu Range inaugurated the programme and briefed the villagers about various diseases and their prevention with emphasis on the COVID-19. He assured the villagers that CRPF will continue to organise such camps for their benefit in near future as well. This initiative by CRPF 72 Bn was applauded by villagers as well as civil authorities. K. C. Ahlawat, 2I/C, Sandeep Kumar, Dy. Comdt. Balwant Raj, A/C Other officers and staff of 72 Bn were present. Dr. Gulshasn Raina, Eye Specialist, Dr. Atul Sharma, MO and their medical team of Sunderbani, Sarpanch Loknath, Village Kalideh, Media teams and large number of villagers were also present in the programme.
