STATE TIMES NEWSPOONCH: On the completion of seven years of Modi Govt, Gurdeep Singh Khalsa on Sunday distributed 5,000 masks and 500 sanitizers among people. Gurdeep Singh Khalsa BJP State Minority Mocha Coordinator and his team started an imitative of distribution of masks and sanitizers, among people . They started this drive today morning from Poonch municipality where three programmes were conducted and after that went to Panchayat Ajote and after visiting ten Panchayats finally culminated the tour at Panchayat Darra Dullian. The dedicated team members who accompanied Khalsa were Ravinder Kumar Bitta, Sunil Sharma Naib Sarpanch , Naresh Sharma Counsellor and Distt. BJP activists celebrated this day as Seva Diwas in which they distributed masks & sanitizers among locals of Booth N0 104 and other items (Ambaran Panchayat ) with Bishan Singh ( booth President), Shyam Singh ( Block President BJP Akhnoor), Inspector Balbadhar Singh, Subedar Raghuveer Singh , Mohan Lal Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Amit Singh Pawar.In Booth N0 48 , masks & sanitizers with other items distributed among the locals by Nirjal Singh ( booth President 48) in which Sudesh Kumari ( Panch ), Ram Pal, , Sonia Pawar (Panch), Vijay Singh , Jagdish kumar, Akshay Kumar with others were present .Bhadarwah: The BJP Sewa Sanghatan celebrated the Narendra Modi government completing seven years by organising different types of service activities across 279, booths in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district on Sunday, according to the district Incharge Sewa Sanghtan Sanjay Saraf.Addressing press persons while distributing masks and sentizers here at historical Seri Bazar. Saraf said that the celebrations are going on in every village and all the booths of the district while adhering to COVID-19 guidelines.Some of the activities are planting of saplings, distribution of masks and sanitisers to the aged and those affected by the lockdown, blood donation, financial assistance of ?2,000 to those hit badly, distribution of food kits and the like. The money for extending financial assistance has been raised by party workers from activists in the booth level, he said.SAMBA: Ashish Sood Seh-Prabhari BJP J&K today inaugurated a blood donation camp at District hospital samba along with Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal Former Minister and General Secretary J&K BJP.The camp was organised by BJP samba under Sewa Hi Sanghthan Karyakram of the party on the eve of Completion of 7 years of BJP Government at the centre.All BJP Morcha workers from the district participated in the camp and donated blood for the poor patients in this corona pandemic. The camp was organised under the overall monitoring of Narinder Singh Jamwal President BJYM Samba.Yuva Morcha, Mahila Morcha, OBC Morcha SC Morcha workers donated blood .In the Corona pandemic there was huge shortage of blood and other components of blood in the entire UT. The BJYM J&K has already started a helpline for blood / plasma / platelets/ PCV and till date hundreds of needy patients have taken benefit of this helpline. The volunteers from the Morchas are almost daily donating blood at Jammu SMGS hospital Blood bank. The youth from samba also donated at Jammu GMC .While interacting with the donors Ashish Sood ji thanked all the donors who donated blood in this pandemic and encouraged the youth to come forward for this noble work .Among the Mahila Morcha Smt. Shilpa Dubey DDC member Vijaypur B donated blood . Shilpa said its a great feeling when you donate blood as your blood is going to save someone’s precious life. She appealed all the women folk to come forward and donate blood.Later, Ashish Sood and Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal distributed Ration, Sanitizers, Masks and other essential items among the needy at Purmandal, Ramgarh, Samba along with Sarabjeet singh DDC Member Ramgarh B and Narayan singh.Others present on the occasion were Amar singh District president BJP Samba, Narayan Singh, Mohinder Bika Mandal President samba, Ankush General Secretary BJYM samba and Baba Sharma.RAMBAN: The class of development J&K has witnessed in these seven years of BJP in power; it had never witnessed before.This was stated by former MLA, Neelam Langeh while distributing masks and sanitizers among the people on the occasion of successful completion of seven years of BJP Government at the Centre.Langeh said that holding of District Development Council (DDC) Elections in the unrest and strikes ridden UT of Jammu and Kashmir is a big achievement for the BJP led Government at the Center and UT administration. Although all the phases of DDC elections so far have been conducted peacefully, he said. “It is a big success for the Modi led government. BJP has succeeded in bringing peace and prosperity in J&K,” he said.The senior BJP leader said that DDC elections are being conducted in the UT for the first time and these are the major elections being held after the abrogation of Article 370 and 35 (A). “Besides freeing the J&K from the developmental hurdle, BJP has brought J&K on the track of development and growth. Enormous welfare schemes have been launched by the Central Government and the UT administration for the overall good of people,” BJP leader said.While making a fervent appeal to the people of this Union Territory to get administered the vaccine at the earliest, Langeh said that it is very important to follow the SOPs issued from time to time by the government. He asserted that following these SOPs besides taking utmost precautions like wearing masks, using sanitizers and maintaining social distancing even after receiving the second shot of the vaccine.Urging the people to immediately get themselves vaccinated against this dreadful disease, the former MLA said that massive vaccination across the nation has become inevitable especially in view of the sudden surge in fresh positive Covid-19 cases across the country during the past fortnight. The former MLA expressed gratitude to the Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh extending full support and cooperation in the hour of crisis.
