AKHNOOR: To bring a sense of safety among masses, on directions of SSP Traffic City Jammu, Shiv Kumar Sharma JKPS, a joint drive was carried out at Akhnoor Town by DySP Traffic City Rural Neeraj Paddyar, DTI Akhnoor Inspr Satvir Singh and SDPO Akhnoor Vinay Jandiyal, SHO Akhnoor Inspr Ravi Parihar against traffic violators.During the drive, nearly 40 vehicles were Challaned under relevant sections of MV Act. Besides this, awareness regarding traffic rules & regulations was also disseminated among general masses. “Such drives will continue in future also, so as to keep a check on traffic violators especially two wheeler riders,” said ASP Traffic City Jammu, Pardeep Singh Gouria.“General public of Jammu city is requested to kindly cooperate with Traffic Police in order to bring a visible change in Traffic management in Winter capital,” urged SSP Traffic Shiv Kumar Sharma.
