STATE TIMES NEWSJammu: Keeping in view current security scenario and in a drive to enhance security of district, Jammu Police has tightened noose against the violators of DM order regarding unauthorized sale of uniform articles.For this, dedicated teams from Police Station Bahu Fort under supervision of SDPO City East Bikram Kumar were constituted. A team led by SHO Bahu Fort Insp Deepak Pathania raided various shops and lodged four FIRs against the violators. The violators include Sanjeev Gupta, son of Bishamber Nath Gupta, resident of Nanak Nagar with shop at Shiv Market shop No. 10 M/s Gupta Variety in FIR No. 241/21 under section 188 of IPC; Vishesh Gupta, son of Rajeev Gupta, resident of H.No 135 Sec.7 Trikuta Nagar and shop at Shiv market No. 13 M/s New Trikuta Kashmiri Art Emporium in FIR No. 242/21 under section 188 of IPC; Ravi Kumar, son of Jagan Nath, resident of HNo 68 Chand Nagar, Jammu with shop at Shiv Market shop No. 11 M/s Shiv Kashmiri Art Emporium in FIR No. 243/21 under section 188 of IPC and Ashok Balgotra, son of Janak Kumar Balgotra, resident of Nanak Nagar with shop at Shiv Market shop No. 1 M/s Aar- Bee shop in FIR No. 244/21 under section 188 of IPC at Police Station Bahu Fort.
